Graduation Ceremony

Next Graduation is scheduled for the Friday the 9th of November 2012 at Leibnizhaus [subject to alterations].

From the beginning of the LL.M. Programme for Legal Informatics, attention has been paid a solemn and joyful graduation ceremony. Graduation from the Eulisp programme continues a tradition of European universities down the ages. It shall symbolise respect in which scholars have been held by their communities and students. The Graduation is a valuable opportunity to bring graduates and alumni together; to establish and renew contacts between scholars and cooperation partners and donors. We hope graduates will keep fond memories of this occasion. After delivering a short key note and congratulating the successful Eulisp students, the certificates will be awarded.

After the ceremony graduates and their families and friends are invited to a champagne reception where refreshments and a dinner buffet will be prepared. Graduation and reception take place in the Leibnizhaus, a 1499 built renaissance town house, which Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz, the name giver of Hannover's University, made his homestead between 1698 - 1716.

Graduation “in absentia”

Should you be unable to attend the graduation ceremony you will automatically graduate in absentia. In this case your certificate and supplements will be posted to you mailing address. Please advise us on any changes well in advance.
